I recently stayed at the fabulous Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach and my experience was incredible!
This chic boutique hotel is located in the heart of Rosemary Beach, Florida and has been voted “Best New Hotel in the World” in the 2014 Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Survey and the top spot on Southern Living’s “The South’s Best New Hotels of 2015”.
Upon arriving at The Pearl, you will be blown away with how unbelievable it smells! Seriously, it smells amazing. The lobby is decorated with gorgeous pieces of blown glass and the friendly staff is extremely accommodating.
The Pearl has a commitment to maintaining a minimal carbon footprint with paperless check in/out processes and intelligent lighting in each room. I was also obsessed with the beautiful black and white decor!
A 55- room boutique-sized hotel, the rooms themselves are not boutique sized at all. My room was quite spacious with an unbelievably comfortable king size bed and plenty of bathroom space complete with a television in the mirror. My corner room had breathtaking balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico on one side and the quaint streets of Rosemary Beach on the other. I also enjoyed a nice relaxing bath in my soaking tub before heading out for the evening.
For nightly turn down service, The Pearl provides their own Nordaq FRESH bottled water in reusable glass bottles and yummy, in-house baked treats. I especially loved the high-tech amenities in the room such as Apple TV and the interactive i-Pad platform, which allows you to make restaurant reservations and concierge requests.
The Pearl’s adult-only pool is seriously stunning. From the posh pool chairs with complimentary towel service to the rooftop Havana Bar and Lounge, The Pearl pool scene is the ultimate in luxury. After a cool dip in the pool, you can also enjoy the hot tub or go for a relaxing massage at Spa Pearl adjacent to the pool area. I would highly recommend the refreshing strawberry lemonade to sip pool side!
If you’re wanting to soak up the sun on the sand, The Pearl also provides complimentary beach umbrella and chair service during your stay.
Complete with cabanas and fire pits, the Havana Beach Rooftop Lounge is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day at the beach. With happy hour food and drink specials form 3-6pm, I enjoyed quite a few late lunches here during my stay. Make sure you don’t miss the fish tacos or the nachos!
Located just off the entrance lobby, the Havana Beach Bar & Grill is a quite the dining experience. My family and I celebrated my birthday dinner here and especially loved the Burrata, Tuna En Un Tarro, Beef Tenderloin, and the Paella The next morning, I enjoyed brunch on the patio of the Havana Beach Bar & Grill patio overlooking Rosemary Beach’s Western Green.
If you’re looking for a nightcap, the Havana Beach Bar is definitely your spot. Being the only late night spot in RB, the Havana Beach Bar is always a good scene and the hand crafted cocktails are incredibly yummy. Be sure you don’t miss the Oreo infused martini or the smoked new old fashion!
