Celebrating the first of week of summer with some of my favorite pieces from the O’Neill collection! I love pairing simple summer sundresses with fun accessories.
This perfect summer sundress from O’Neill is light and flowy and absolutely adorable.
The handkerchief hemline has a lovely tribal print outlining the edges. The dress has a slightly low back and a halter strap to tie around your neck, as well as, adjustable shoulder straps.
This dress is perfect for a beach vacation or those hot summer nights out!
This straw summer hat, also from O’Neill, is just too cute! I love the dark cognac color with the black stripe detail. The hat is extremely versatile … I’ve worn it to the beach, a night out with denim shorts and a cute top, and of course with a few of my favorite sundresses. It’s even on sale right now too 🙂
I love dainty gold jewelry. This simple arrow lariat necklace from Kitsch is extremely affordable and adds a whimsical feel to any outfit.
The bracelets on my right arm are hammered gold cuffs from Etsy and were a bridesmaid gift. The bracelet/ring on my left arm is from Nialaya … courtesy of my beautiful blogger friend Hayley over at The Vogue Trip. I’m also wearing House of Harlow earrings I purchased through my Rocksbox subscription … use code “hollybbff205″ for a FREE one month trial!
I found this gorgeous blush-colored fringe clutch from Moda Luxe at my local TJ Maxx, but I can’t find it anywhere online :/ However, I did find some similar styles in this popular summer hue and linked them below.
The Make Up
For this look, I wearing my go-to Jane Iredale loose mineral powder and bronzer on my face. In my opinion, this is the best foundation out there. It’s lightweight, good for your skin, contains SPF, yet has excellent coverage. The bronzer is perfectly bronze and never orange.
To get a soft summertime glow I used Too Faced Secret to No-Makeup Palette power blush on my cheeks and dabbed the tops of my cheekbones with Benefit’s High Beam Liquid Highlighter. The Too Faced blush is perfectly light pink and looks good on a variety of skin tones. I often refer to Benefit’s High Beam as “supermodel in a bottle” aka this stuff gives your cheeks an instant glow and always looks incredible in photos. Seriously, it’s like photoshopped cheeks in every photo!
